Really enjoyed our stay here! As someone who really cares about cleanliness, I was pleased with how clean the room was. Amenities were all new and well taken care of. Staff were kind and friendly. Location was great. My only complaint is that there is no breakfast available at Blush, and I feel like room service in the morning is a nice part of staying at a hotel. Was disappointed with their overall menu availability. Great experience otherwise, would stay here again.

we had the sweetest little getaway here ? all the small touches really just made it that more memorable! the key cards came in an adorable envelope with hand-written room number and last name! & the hand-written welcome note on the bed was so thoughtful! beautiful views from the room, comfiest + softest bed, had a deep tub with cozy robes provided, and the Blush rooftop bar had great ambience as well as another gorgeous view. they also have nightly warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby ? and each morning is a different pastry (both of which are complimentary!) all the staff were super kind, and clearly put a lot of care and love into everything. such a wonderful time here!

Loved our stay at the Alexandra! The staff is so kind and accommodating. They accommodated us no problem for a late check in which I so appreciated. Love the quaintness and quietness of the hotel. Very romantic and relaxing for a weekend getaway. The fresh cookies and pastries are such a thoughtful and homey touch. I love the beach access and the fact that the chase lounges have comfortable cushions. Blush rooftop terrace was amazing as well and so nice to have somewhere in the hotel for a drink and bite to eat. Plus amazing views! Highly recommend to any couples or even for a lowkey girls trip, Alexandra Inn would be amazing.

The complimentary cookies every evening were a nice touch. I don’t think we opened the front doors once during our stay. Other than the extremely high water pressure in the shower it was a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

Cozy, small scale with no crowd. Stunning views from our room balcony. Loved all the pink accents and thoughtful decor. Robes and soaking tub completed a romantic date getaway! Will visit again.

I stayed here during a conference in September. The hotel was right off the beach! Beautiful atmosphere and the rooms were phenomenal. The service from staff especially Jennifer H. was exemplary. I will be staying here again.

Nice hotel. The rooftop bar/restaurant is a must! We only stayed one night but it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Very close to downtown Traverse City.

A small group of us enjoyed drinks and dinner at the top of Blush Terrace on a beautiful, sunny day. Our server, Tre, was wonderful, and took such excellent care of us. The food was delightful, diverse, and the view of the bay was sublime. Thank you so much!

My stay at the Alexandra Inn was deeply disappointing and I would not recommend it (especially considering their crazy expensive summer rates). If you’re assigned a room on the 4th floor, be prepared for a nightmare. The restaurant located one floor above creates an unbearable racket, sounding like a stampede late into the night and starting again early in the morning. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. When I brought this issue to the hotel staff’s attention, their response was dismissive, simply stating, “It will quiet down in a bit.” With the exception of the young gentleman who checked me in on the first night, who was polite and professional, the service was far from friendly or welcoming. The staff seemed indifferent and unconcerned about guest satisfaction. The only positives were the hotel’s good location in Traverse City and the fact that the room was spotlessly clean and the property well-maintained. However, these small upsides don’t justify the cost (over $900 per room for a 2 night weekend stay and we have 2 rooms, so $1,800 for no one in our group to sleep is outrageous). For the price, there are far better options available in the area. I would never stay at the Alexandra Inn again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more pleasant and restful experience.

A gem of a hotel. Very elegant rooms and common areas. Immaculate and comfortable. You can’t help ur to love the setting and decor. Beautiful beach view. Restaurant on rooftop was wonderful!
