Large, clean, great location. Easy access, good parking. Beautiful view. I would stay again. Lots of dishes, blankets and towels. Minimal other supplies.

Everything was clean. The layout was spacious! Great view of the water. Very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Our family of 5 enjoyed our time here! Our only recommendation would be to have tvs that allow streaming services rather than being limited to Direct TV options.

Very nice, new place in a great location with a spectacular view from our 4th floor unit. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a TV remote that allowed access to streaming services. We had to watch a game on our laptop.

Great place to stay! Way better than a hotel room. Roomy, all the amenities, with a great view of the Bay. Checking in was easy and questions asked via text were answered very quickly! Definitely our go to in Traverse City.

What a beautiful property! Spotlessly clean, 3 balconies overlooking lake Michigan. Perfect central location for the penninsula area and for Petoskey area exploring. Bike path right in front of building. Communication with host was great

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Loved the tall ceiling, updated accommodations and appreciated the elevator. Easy walk into the downtown! We will stay again.

A wonderful place to stay - it was very clean spacious and comfortable, very well stocked and appointed. It's right across from the bay and a short walk to the down town shops restaurants and farmers market. And a short drive to parks, lakes, wineries, light house, etc. And we were very impressed with Kasa. They provided great communication, simple and thorough directions, very welcoming.

Beautiful location and outstanding views right by the bay and Clinch Park. It’s right across from the beach. Also within walking (10 min.) or biking distance of downtown TC shops etc. — and 15 min drive from gorgeous wineries and 40 minutes from the amazing dunes, etc. The condo itself was gorgeous, super clean and very spacious — and bright! (Strongly suggest bringing down amenities or buying cooking items like spices, etc. if you wish to cook.) bring beach towels! However, the condo had all the basics, including a Keurig, pots and pans, knives —and even wine glasses. It also had a wonderful laundry closet with lovely new appliances. After reading the reviews, I brought a night mask and a white noise machine because you can indeed hear all the footsteps above. Check-in and all instructions were so easy — some of the best ever. Agree with other reviewers that it would be nice to have a security bar for the sliding glass doors but this place all-in-all was A+. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We rented the unit for a weeklong family vacation. The unit was large enough for the five us to be comfortable, was well stocked with the necessities, and was in great condition; we loved it! It was very quiet and peaceful all week. The unit was located a short walk from the beach and the Front Street District and was a short drive to jet skis, boat, and ATV rentals. This was our first trip to Traverse City and we’ll definitely stay here on our next trip.
