Right in the heart of downtown Traverse City, I was within walking distance to everything I needed to make for a great weekend- coffee shops, restaurants, the bay, bookstores and boutiques. My suite was spacious and clean and had fun modern decor. I had a beautiful view of the bay and ended up spending a lot of downtime in the cozy living room. Check in was really simple. Would highly recommend!

Overall, great stay. It was great location and close to downtown. We would definitely stay again. The only things that would have made the stay better was: 1. We asked for an early check in and were unable to get one, though it felt like it would have been possible. 2. We were not able to get the wifi password. There were instructions that said we needed to go to our virtual dashboard for the password but no matter what we tried to find the password, we could not find it (we are tech savvy). We did not reach out to the property manager, which maybe would have helped the situation. Like I said, overall great experience. I would recommend.

Great place to stay downtown! We live in the area and spent one night here for a fun holiday shopping/dining day downtown. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We could walk to most locations within 5-10 minutes. Check in was simple. We parked in the Hardy garage overnight which is a short walk. I recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that offers the ease of self check in and out, brand new furnishings/updated building and more room/condo layout options than a traditional hotel. We’ll be back!

My partner and I loved our stay here, as it was close to downtown Traverse City, had a full kitchen, and was affordable. Online there wasn’t many pictures but when we got there, it was even better in person than expected. The place seems to be newly furnished, as all the furniture were clean and in great shape. The bed and pillows were comfortable and fluffy. The place was also cleaned really well before we came. There is a free parking garage a few blocks away and paid parking out front if you don’t mind. It did seem like half the place was still being built out but it didn’t get in the way of our stay. The place had a self checkout system which made getting in and out easy. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in town!

Great location, clean room that is huge, easy check in and out. Amenities were nice - bed side lights that are adjustable, bed was comfortable, and a white noise machine too! Having a fridge, microwave was nice - not all places do. They were good about communicating that construction was unexpectedly happening by the front door, but it was a non-issue.

I recently stayed at this location for two nights and would definitely stay here again! The positives are the location, which could not have been better with all of downtown TC within walking distance, and the communication. We received numerous text updates about our stay that made everything clear and easy. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. We were able to easily park in the alley/on the street to drop our belongings off, and had no problems parking in the parking structure across the street. The negatives were fairly insignificant and would not prevent me from staying here again. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and there was no shelf in the shower to set my personal items on. The mattress in the bedroom was very lumpy. And it was a little noisy - anytime another guest was walking through the hallway, you could hear it. The positives far outweighed the negatives, though!

We loved our stay at the Kasa Boardwalk Suites. The location was fantastic, the full-sized kitchen was amazing, and it was very comfortable. Even though we give this place 5 stars we do have some feedback to make this place even better. 1. A TV in the bedroom Even though the TV in the living room was very nice, there's nothing like relaxing in bed in the morning and watching TV with your person. We realize not everyone wants a tv in their bedroom, but those folks can simply not use it if they want. 2. Some sort of included parking The lot directly behind the building was easy to use, but you couldn't park overnight so we had to either move our car to the street or into a garage nearby. Some sort of agreement with the city where we got a parking pass or were able to park overnight in the lot would have been awesome. We would've paid slightly more for this convenience. 3. We did find a lot of hair everywhere Our room was overall very clean and comfortable, but we did find a lot of hair. Pretty much everywhere... in the linens, in the bed, on the couch, in the shower, just everywhere. Other than that, our stay was amazing and these are minor quibbles at the end of the day. We absolutely will return and we really loved how easy it was to check in, and how you could do everything over text! Every question we had was quickly answered, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Also, the price paid for this place was absolutely amazing when compared to other places in the area. So, it was a great value for the money.

We LOVED staying here! We booked this on a whim - a little nervous as we'd never heard of Kasa. But this place was perfect for my husband and I. What a fabulous idea - an apartment to rent. This place was cute, spotless, modern, and well-stocked. The bed/pillows were so comfortable! I wish I would have peeked at the mattress label. We arrived in the rain, needless to say I was thrilled to have a washer and dryer in the room. We will absolutely stay here again! Location was perfect. Parking deck is super close. Restaurants/bars all within walking distance. Thank you! We will be back!

We had an excellent stay! The location was great, right downtown. We didn't have any trouble finding street parking - parking might be tougher in the summer, but was no problem in late October! I didn't realize that we'd be getting a full apartment, so we loved having the living room and fully stocked kitchen. The space was clean, comfortable, modern, and included what we needed. I was nervous about not having in-person staff, but the team was very responsive. I reached out the day before with a question and received a reply within minutes. We'd stay again.
