Very clean. Excellent workout room and pool. Ths staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The exit to the main road can be tough due to traffic tho.

Sienna at the front desk was fantastic. She was kind and approachable. She ensured the stay was enjoyable for my family and our team block of rooms. We WILL be booking here again. (Only downfall is turning left out of the parking lot.)

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local eateries and such. The breakfast area had a better variety of choices than other Home 2 properties that we have stayed at.

Thankfully, this hotel is typical for a Home2 Suites. It has comfortable, clean, and modern rooms and showers. The pool is actually heated so you can enjoy it year-round. The front desk staff was very nice and even provided recommendations for food and entertainment around the area. I would definitely stay here again when in Traverse City.

This is an awesome hotel! We stayed here in the fall and the leaf colors were amazing in the area! The hotel is very clean, fresh and inviting; the staff made our stay really incredible for me and my family! An impressive breakfast buffet welcomes you each morning, the Fitness center is very well equipped and the pool is sparkling! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Traverse City area!

Not in the heart of downtown, but it is a short drive away. Hotel is very modern and meticulously clean. Continental breakfast was better than most. Pool area was extremely clean and our kids loved it. They have a couple of fire tables outside which is nice for enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Although we did not use them they also have some grills available. I've stayed at other Home2 suites in the past and although they're all pretty decent this one is definitely one of the nicest. It shoots above the category of hotel that it's in. Would absolutely recommend it for anyone staying in the area and I will definitely utilize it again when I'm back in traverse City. Being on the third floor we even got a small view of the Bay as we were on the north side of the building.

Stayed in 320 for our 38th wedding anniversary. The staff was very friendly, and caring. The breakfast was okay. Food items should be labeled and the kitchen staff should have been prepared for the overflow of guest that were eating. The wait for food because they kept running out was crazy? The area was also too small for their amount of people that stay at the hotel. Overall it was a great, clean, friendly place minus the dogs entering the food area.

Had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites Traverse City! From check in to check out, everything was great! There are beautiful patios in front and back of the lobby. Both outdoor patios are complete with ample seating and gas fire pits. There are even BBQ’s out back. The pool and fitness rooms are spacious. The suites are huge and comfortable. The large fridge and whole kitchenette was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good selection that included hash browns, eggs, ham, toast, bagels and more! The entire property was spotless as well! I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Jimmy at the front desk did a fantastic job with service and recommendations. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. We enjoyed having a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. Also, the beds are super comfortable!
