When we got there it was very clean, the front desk lady Star was amazing and was super friendly/helpful. We came to Traverse City to go to Great Wolfe lodge but unfortunately we were unable to go but the experience we had at the resort made up for that! Side note the view was amazing even with how cold it was

My wife and I have eaten at Parkshore's Lounge in the past. Great burgers, by the way. The Lounge is participating in the 2026 Traverse City Restaurant Week and they had a nice sounding prix fixe menu. We went there with neighbors and we were seriously blown away with the flavors, freshness and portions. The chef and kitchen staff and our server deserve kudos for a wonderful dinner. Seriously. Wow.

I love this simple hotel. The staff is always welcoming on arrival. We usually stay before an early flight so I've never done breakfast but theres always hot coffee leaving to catch a 7am flight! I love that theres a sink and mirror outside the bathroom. It's hardly seen anymore and helpful so multiple people can get ready. Parking is easy, location is easy and we will be back again and again.

First time here & it was even better than I anticipated. My wife thought she booked the King Suite, which we wanted the room with the large spa tub for our anniversary. Even though we had a regular room the manager said he would give us the room we wanted. That exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean. There were not many other people who had booked rooms this time of year as it's winter, which made getting up & down from the fourth floor easy. Thank you Parkshore for making our first stay an enjoyable one!

We came to Traverse City for a quick overnight getaway. Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. View was grand, even if snow covered. Pool and hot tub were nice. Wasn't too crowded with kids. Our server, Chris, in the lounge was outstanding. Food was excellent. Will definitely visit again!

My wife and I stayed here recently in one of their Jacuzzi suites and loved it. The food at the onsite bar was good, the pricing was good, and the room was nice and clean. We will definitely be coming back. The breakfast options were pretty limited, but included in the rooms price.

Nice job!! Clean. Friendly. Service!!! Pool/hot tub where awesome, clean, decor nice. There is a fabulous restaurant/ bar. The food was top notch, delicious very worth it. Room service!!! Is it the Hilton w/chandeliers, no. But the view is stunning, worth the very decent price. I'd recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel, and the people who are part of it. Our room was immaculate, very up-to-date and had a gorgeous view of the bay. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect……just enough, and the on-site bar served the best meal we have ever had in a bar setting.

Colleen is the best receptionist you could ever ask for. I had 2 rooms 1 was for 2 nights. We travel for wrestling tournaments alot. She offered the kids hot chocolate, got extra hot water, and even went and got them ice so it wasnt too hot. Also gave me a flyer for family fun in the winter because she heard us talking about it. The rooms are nice. Pool is comfortable. Hot tub is ohh so toasty. Everything looks and smells clean. Breakfast was meh. Sausage biscuits and gravy yum, Different breads, bagels, cereal, milk, cranberry juice so good, orange juice was ok, tea, and coffee. Would I stay here again absolutely. This will be forever my go to place every year. The cleaning lady ? I should have asked her name was so sweet and helpful. She didnt make me feel like she was invading my space and made conversation with me when I talked to her. She could have just put the clean towels in my bathroom but still made a point to decorate them and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Probably one of the BEST hotels I have been to. Try the queso, prime rib, and Riley from the lounge. Yum yum yum

Loved our stay here! The pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay, along with the bar inside the hotel. The bartenders were both fun along with the DJ. We will definitely be staying here again!
