If you get one of the rooms that face US-31 you better have earplugs. The semis start rumbling past about 6am and enough vibration to rattle the wall mounted TV. Normally I would have set the HVAC fan on Low or High and let it run all night for white noise. Either ours was broken or they wired it to disable those two features. Wifi connection dropped more than a dozen times over a one night stay. Didn’t matter if it was smart phone, tablet or laptop. Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Parking spaces are very narrow especially if you have a larger SUV. Never again.

We stayed here for a few nights when we first arrived. We loved it so much we back for an extra night on our way home. The breakfast has lots of fabulous options! I was impressed I could get a protein rich breakfast. That’s hard to find. The pool is open 24 hours a day!!! My son and I loved it!!! They even have warm cookies when you come back in the evening. The front desk was incredible. I got to talk to two different managers and they were so helpful. If I ever come back to traverse city, I’ll be definitely staying here!!!!!

Your hotel was in the perfect location for all our adventures!! It was clean, breakfast was lovely every day, 24 hour pool was great (the heated pool is ACTUALLY heated!!), and our two queeen sized beds were very comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so delightful!! Every employee that my daughters and I came across (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping) were all super kind, helpful and just made our little mini Spring Break even better!! My daughters especially loved the strawberry waffles!!! ? ??

The checkin process was very smooth and efficient. Lobby was clean and modern. The room was clean and modern. The bed was amazing! Pool was 24/7 even though we didnt get a chance to use it. Breakfast was decent, I've seen better, but I've definitely seen much worse too. I would not hesitate to recommend this place

Breakfast is 6-10am. I came down at 9:55, expecting to be able to grab a yogurt because I figured they’d be done. As soon as they saw me they said to wait a minute and they’ll put out more of the hot food. Normally hotels start cleaning things up well before closing time so it was awesome to see. Room and bed was great too. 24/7 hot tub and pool

SUPER PLEASED with this hotel! I frequently have to stay in hotels when traveling for work and this was the far best one I’ve stayed in! I really love that the hotel and pool are 24 hours! Most of the time I’m not able to enjoy them with my work schedule! The staff are all friendly and accommodating!Will be definitely coming back to this location when I’m in this area!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN TRAVERSE CITY! We stay at this hotel almost every time we visit Traverse City because: 1. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hr. The hot tub holds 10 people and is always clean. The pool water is warm, feels so good! 2. You can bring up to 2 dogs for $20 each, per night 3. It's right off Munson Rd and is in close proximity to Everything! 4. Free hot breakfast in the morning 5. They have a room that accommodates up to 6 people and 2 dogs! There's a separate king bedroom connected to another room with Queen sized beds and the rooms look like they've been recently updated. Very nice bedding with lights aroundand under the beds. A microwave and fridge are also in the room along with 2 large TVs that you can hook up your Roku/laptop/gaming system to! Also, the staff and guests are friendly, there's lots of parking available in the front and back, the hotel is very clean and the rates are Very Affordable! I highly recommend this hotel!

After researching hotels and seeing reviews of other more expensive hotels that were not clean, I decided to book with Comfort Inn, because their reviews were great. Even though the other hotels would have been a little more convenient location, I was not willing to pay to stay where people complain about dirty rooms. I am so glad I chose Comfort Inn. My room was exceptionally clean. I cannot remember the last time I have stayed in a hotel room so clean. I appreciate them so much for this. I also appreciate the convenient shuttle service. It was nice being able to get a ride to the places I needed to go. Thank you Comfort Inn Traverse City for making my stay warm, comfy and clean!

This hotel is seriously the best. - Comfortable super clean rooms - fully stocked hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, tater tots, waffles, apples, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast and muffins. Plus three kinds of juice. The breakfast attendant was near the breakfast room all morning restocking items before they were even low. - the pool and hot tub are CLEAN and open 24 hours. The hot tub was hot and the jets work. - the room is super clean with a refrigerator and a microwave and a place to hang clothes. So many cool lights! Including a small reading light and above and below the bed lights that work as a great night light for kids. - I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one with toothpaste. - lemon water at the front desk. This place is worth the money and I’ll stay here every time I’m in TVC.

The room, the service, and the location were all great! Didn't realize we chose the handicap option when we signed up for this room. But it was definitely spacious! Hotel was very busy with a child's soccer tournament. So it made the atmosphere really lively ?. To do this, we didn't get to experience the pool or hot tub but it was cool to see that they had a hot tub! Very clean. The the Continental breakfast was great! At least serve until 10:00 a.m..
