Consistently praised for prime bayfront location and friendly, professional staff, this property offers excellent value with a strong breakfast program and clean, comfortable rooms. Guests frequently note drawbacks such as uncomfortable lounge seating, blackout lighting in rooms, and a few instances of unhelpful front desk encounters regarding billing issues.
Stayed six days while working in and near the area. Staff were incredibly professional and relatable, housekeeping was top notch, internet/wifi was perfect for officing, and breakfast was great each morning. The area is beautiful and I look forward to being back in different seasons of the year. I'll definitely stay again!
This place was clean and nice. We woke up and grabbed breakfast sitting in front of windows with a bay veiw. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The only con was the pillows. They were small and very uncomfortable. But all in all a very good experience.
Breakfast was hot and fresh. Offered different hot food items daily. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Very friendly service. Felt welcoming at check in.
First of all, it's a beautiful hotel in an awesome spot right on the bay with fantastic views. But the service there is incredible. The front desk clerk Daniel was so nice and saved the day for us and our family in so many ways. We couldn't have been happier to have chosen this hotel.
This is a standard hotel — one of those situations where you get what you pay for. Given the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much. Unfortunately, the main downside for me was the lack of a proper lounge area to spend time in. I wake up early and went to the lobby to read a book, but to my surprise, there was no dedicated lounge. The only available space was essentially the breakfast area, where the chairs were uncomfortable and there was no sofa to relax on.
Excellent location. Just across the beach. But there was a check in snafus. Room wasn't ready when promised and young lady at the reception wasn't very friendly. She gave an explanation that hotel is short staffed, and there is a lot of rooms to clean. As if it was my problem... Next morning I spoke with manager. She was friendly and business like. But some bad feelings from the first encounter still lingered.
Everytime i stay here, im greeted with the most welcoming staff of any hotel i’ve ever visited. Jay, the maintenance guy, is always going above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need. His customer service is top tier, even for a guy who works in the back. Dylan, who worked the night shift at the front desk was very sweet and extremely helpful to any issues i had. Definitely recommend staying here, 5 stars all around.
Perhaps this is more of google map’s fault, but we thought we booked a hotel on the beach side. This hotel is actually across the street from the beach. Rooms do not have adequate light - super dark inside at night. Elevator waiting areas have large, strong AC vents that blast you while waiting for your elevator. Ice machine on second floor was out of service for our whole stay.
We loved our stay. They serve a really good breakfast. The hotel is very well located in the city. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Thank you all.
We only stayed because we had gift cards from family so we could celebrate our anniversary! I tried booked a through calling the hotel and they informed us they didn’t know how to use the gift cards so I would have to call corporate for assistance, Corporate then booked our room and stated we needed to being the gift cards with us and they could be applied upon check in. Upon check in the Manager Don said the room had already been paid by credit card and I was not able to apply gift cards (even thought that’s how corporate told me to proceed). Don the manager told me I’d have to call advanced purchases after my stay and they could take care of it. Well fast forward advanced purchases told me I needed to call before my stay and there is nothing they can do. I have been fighting this for over 2 months. Don the manager also lied to advanced purchases and said I refused to leave my gift cards with him so he could apply them, I have asked for videos since I know the front desk is under surveillance. Why lie, To be selfish and save your job? Isn’t hotel service considered hospitality, where is the hospitality? Needless to say if you want run around lying staff, this is your hotel! Confused as how you’ve exhausted all of your options since I am still waiting for a call back from Don, Every time I have called he is not in but they will leave a message for him! I’ve talked to staff, but never a manager!
