My 2nd week staying. They gave me my preferred room which was great! However, there's something wrong with the TV. I used the remote and it wouldn't come on. After I unplugged the cable box I was able to use my Roku device. Oh and the shade for the window is button activated in this room...very cool.

Id just like to thank this location for treating us better than a hilton hotel. Thank you for letting my family and i check in early and be so helpful and far beyond nice. We traveled 24 hours and the safe space and warm welcome was what we needed to turn our holiday into a better experience. I cant say thank you enough and in the future if we visit again, it would be a pleasure to stay with you. Although the common area was pretty cold, no other notes besides THANK YOU.

Stayed 1 night here recently. Hotel was very clean. Lady at front desk was working alone and doing security checks when we arrived so it took her time to come back to the desk after I run the bell 3 times for service. Hot tub not extremely hot but tolerable. Kid loved the pool tho. Was there for the winter so not sure how summer differs from our stay. Would stay again if needed.

Your typical sterile, big chain hotel. Staff woke me up at 4am in the morning when they loudly stuffed my receipt under my door. Gave them a star back for fresh brewed coffee, definitely the best coffee I’ve had at any hotel recently

One of best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel! I want to mention Karen Who gets it done for this hotel? She worked the front desk and checked me in professionally. Then I noticed her cleaning rooms another day And today she’s setting up breakfast!!!! Julia person who makes the staff looks great

The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Becky in housekeeping was friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was normal for these properties although i did feel bad for the employee tending to the breakfast bar. It is a small area and hot where she had to prepare the food. Our room was clean and spacious however the bed was horrible. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable its not what I am used to from a Holiday Inn Express. The mattresses are normally like sleeping on a cloud. It is unlikely that we will stay here in the future due to this. I should also add that $250/night is a bit steep for this time of year and the quality of mattresses. Invest in new mattresses to keep guests returning.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was pricey compared to other places we have stayed. We did have to wait to after 4 before the room was ready. Our room was on the third floor with a good view of the bay. The hotel was only 10-15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. The check-in clerk provided a good suggestion of a local place to eat. Our room was fully equipped with microwave and mini frig. The only down side was the AC unit which sounded like coffee grinder. It was so noisy we had to turn it off in order to sleep. We used the pool and hot tub several times. The food bar in the breakfast room was one of the smallest we have seen and at times it was very congested. The hostess was very effective and kept the food trays refilled and the area clean.

Great place to stay if you are at the horse park! Front desk employees were very helpful and kind. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and really helped us save time. I would definitely stay here again!
