The Honor Motel is switching to a contactless check-in system. We had a bit of a challenge checking in, however, one quick call to Kate and she remedied the situation immediately. We stayed in cabin #15. There are three beds in this cabin. One queen size bed, and two, I believe, full-size beds. My husband and I slept in the queen size bed, and it was very comfortable. There is a small coffee maker, a microwave, and a decent size refrigerator. The refrigerator sits underneath the countertop. It is not one of those very small refrigerators that some hotels have. There is a round table with four dining chairs in the middle of the room. Four people can sit comfortably at this table. You can eat your meals here, (you are not allowed to cook in the room) or play board games, cards, etc. They provide plenty of towels and washcloths. They also provide a hairdryer. The sink is a pedestal sink. I personally do not like pedestal sinks, as there is no countertop to put any of your toiletry items. There is a small shelf right below the mirror/above the sink that you can use to put a few toiletry items. The floor into the bathroom steps up approximately 4 inches from the main floor. This cabin was very clean. You can tell that the owners take pride in their facility. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this sweet little motel. Had everything we needed for a night on our roadtrip. The heater in the room was great as well. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. Super simple no contact check in/out process.

We were very happy with our stay. It is an older motel but very well kept and updated. It was clean and comfortable and is right on US-31 so easy access. Excellent communication from the owners and very reasonable rates. Will definitely stay there again.

We live near the hotel and used it because of being out of power. The owner Kate was friendly and helpful with questions. The room was VERY CLEAN WITH CRISP CLEAN SHEETS; and comfortable. The heat worked great. ? The shower had great pressure. The hotel is on the older side but nicely updated. We were in a small unit with a queen bed; just right for a couple. Thankful they were open during extremely cold weather. I would recommend this motel to others.

Been using the Honor Motel semi-regularly for perhaps a decade for fall trips to that gorgeous region of the state and they never disappoint. Appreciate the convenient access the motel model provides, rooms are nicely updated and very clean. Fridge & microwave make cooking easy and they’re close to some good restaurants as well. Very friendly and helpful folks in the office. 5 stars all the way around thanks Kate!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very quick to respond to our concerns. The location was ideal for exploring lakes, attractive towns and villages, for lighthouses and beaches. Even in the winter it was fun to explore various beaches and hear and see the waves rolling in. Frankfurt is great for a coffee and bakery treat. Trees were still colorful when we arrived and scenery beautiful. Farms where we bought local honey and maple syrup.

I was in the area visiting a friend for a long weekend. I didn't want to pay a lot and I was apprehensive about what I had registered for. All of my expectations were exceeded. The room and bathroom were spotless, the large screen TV worked great and the service was responsive (even when I lost my key and had to have it replaced at 10:30 in the evening). I will stay there the next time I'm in the area.

Room 1 was fine, room 2 had a little odor, we had brought the dog but he was clean and the room smelled like dog odor, possibly from past pets. Not sure what it could have been, it was not horrific but it may need some help ? Kate was very nice and helpful, appreciate that we could bring our pet! And I called her kind of late in the evening and she hooked us up?

We stayed at the Honor Motel for our anniversary weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cute outside sitting area. Location was great! The only downside was the shower. It was very small and I am not a big person. Hoping in the future they change this. Then it would definitely be a 5+ star.
