This is one of new favorite places! The modern, simple Scandinavian design was so refreshing and the view of the creek and the woods out the many large windows was so peaceful! Everything was very clean and modernly appointed.

We had a wonderful day, in this lovely group of cabins. They were clean, close to the Cross country ski trails we were coming to enjoy, and right there a beautiful walking trail. We loved every part of our day! Thank you.

We loved our stay at KOTI! Booking and check-in were super easy. The property manager, Sam, was very helpful and answered all of my questions before booking. We loved our cabin—its location was perfect. You feel secluded, surrounded by trees and a creek, yet you're only about 10 minutes from Traverse City. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast, and the beds were extremely comfortable—we slept great. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back soon.

We booked Koti for a wedding weekend in Traverse City, and all of our guests were stunned at how beautiful the cabins were. Not to mention we had some changes to make right before the deadline that Sam was extremely helpful with. We had a few different events at the cabin, and a huge highlight was the fire pit! I even had some of my wedding photos taken here, and the scenery of the fall foliage with the cabins in the made for some beautiful pictures. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Traverse area. Perfect for a big group, a couple on a romantic getaway, or a family.

Our stay at Koti Experience was absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked for a better place for our family get-together. We booked several of the cabins so families could be close by but also have their own space to relax. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and memorable way to celebrate our anniversary. The cabins themselves are simply stunning. The clean, minimalist Scandinavian design, with all its functionality and beauty, creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The big windows fill the space with natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding woods, which truly makes you feel connected to nature. Each cabin was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. Having full kitchens meant we could enjoy relaxed family meals together, which was a huge plus for our group. The large decks were an ideal gathering spot for the entire family to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Beyond the cabins, the location is fantastic. It's a serene, peaceful setting, but still close enough to downtown Traverse City for quick excursions and nearby to a grocery store for a quick trip for essentials. We loved having direct access to the TART trail for walking the dog too. The entire experience was just what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend together. Sam was so helpful in setting up our group reservation, was responsive and friendly, making the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. From start to finish, our family vacation was perfect. We highly recommend Koti Experience to any family or group looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and unique place to stay. We will most certainly be back!
