Nice and big room. Looked cleaned and friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the floors. The floor was filthy. The socks were full of dirt and the beds were listed as queen but they were not queen maybe full size. The beach entrance is right outside and pool is right outside too. Nice views and sunset views ?

The rooms were a bit dated but spacious. There wasn’t much privacy between the bathroom/shower and bedroom couch area. You could literally see in right above the jacuzzi tub which was odd. Also may have just been the time of year but the small little flies were everywhere outside on the property, we’d rush to open and close the door as quick as possible to avoid them from coming in. The best thing about this place is the location right on the bay and minutes from downtown TC.

I’ll start with the pros of this place: Working jacuzzi tub, good water pressure, nice view, Air conditioner works. Cons: Tv was an odd color when we turned it on, so we just turned it off and left it alone. There’s no lock or “stick” for the balcony, which made me very on edge (we were on the second floor). The mini fridge worked but it wasn’t very cold. The shampoo and body wash are in the same tube. My partner and I entered the room pretty late. We dropped our stuff off then immediately headed out. As we went to relax for the night, we noticed from the shower that some of the bed frame was sitting weird. We investigated a bit to find that a lot of the legs were not on properly. It felt very much like a scam, so we just put the legs on and slept on the pull out bed; which was rough. The room in general seems to be very outdated with marks and whatnot on the walls. The poles that hold any curtain are cheap and just sits against the wall, not nailed or anything. The placement for the bathroom fan seemed wrong. You think it would be where the shower/jacuzzi is, yet it’s isolated in the toilet room. The only employee seemed WAY too static and tried to talked to us any time we saw them, no matter the time. I get they were just trying to be nice, but it was starting to make me feel uncomfortable. My partner and I don’t even want to participate in the breakfast just by judging the area when we first entered the building. It looked more like linen covered storage in the main lobby, then breakfast. The only good thing is the view and it’s quiet. My partner and I both agreed to never return here.

We stayed in mid-april, so off season. Room was decent. Baseboard heaters had no covers, exposed fins and wiring, no big deal. "Patio" on ground floor rooms was just wide enough to fit a chair...that's it. Pool was covered, but a lot of trash was floating in the standing water in the pool cover. Nice staff! I'm sure it's nicer once summer season prices kick in.

BYOB- Bring your own blanket. As they have none. The top covering on the bed was a thin gauze like sheet. Which would be fine if we weren't staying in February! Bed mattress are firm- eh for me ,I like soft mattress. Jacuzzi tub was fine ( I didn't use the jets, I don't like jetted ones). Furniture was nice and sturdy so if you're on the heavy side, it would work for you. Overall the room was clean and everything worked as it should. I would love to come back for the summer time and enjoy the beach and pool.

Most certainly won’t stay here again. Older property that needs a ton of updating. Baseboards are disgusting, shower head was worthless, shower was less than clean. Floors were dirty from the second we walked in. Bed was comfortable but rooms are cold and you’re given a very thin blanket and sheet. Walls and floors must be thin. If you’re a light sleeper, do not stay here. We were in room 117 & whoever was in the room above us made our stay miserable. Heavy heavy walking back and forth all night long. Not talking small trips to the bathroom and back to the bed, they fought Friday night, slamming doors, stomping back and forth. Saturday night consisted of the heavy walking back and forth, furniture moving and loudness from appx 9-3am. Smoking on the balcony… overall just rude people who clearly had no care for others who paid to stay here. No night person on duty so no one to even complain to. $346 for two night’s of no sleep, dealing with rude and inconsiderate people. So much for a relaxing, refreshing Vday getaway.

We had a great room and the winter prices are great. Downside, the drunk guy who backed over the handicap parking sign spit a snot rocket on our truck window...so I guess he didn't like our truck in the spot next to his. Other than that awesome stay and friendly staff. Plus side is the jet tubs in the rooms.

We came to vacation in the dead of winter but it was overall a great place. I bet it would be amazing in the summer. The rooms were a nice size with a kitchenette, private toilet room (although the floor to ceiling window to the parking lot was odd) and a balcony with a bay view. The tv setup wasnt that good but you don't go on vacation to watch tv. Overall it was a great beachside stay.

DO NOT BOOK. Location is the only thing they have going for them, the staff were unhelpful when the room next to us had people smoking pot all night, the rooms are old, dirty and all around BAD, we ended up getting put on the 3rd floor, no big deal right? WRONG, there is no elevator and it was -10 out the stairs weren't shoveled or salted and super slick, VERY dangerous. 0 stars, first and last time at this hotel. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Just on the edge of Traverse City, this property has AMAZING views of the bay! The rooms were clean, the front desk service (and the option to text!) was impeccable. I will stay here again.
