Since the mitten group decide to respond to my poor review(2 years ago with response now coming), I will reply with this account. I understand the lender uses previous tax data which is acquired from the title company. I also understand the taxes uncap when I made the purchase; however, your business partner COMPLETELY MISSED that they already uncapped from the previous owner which left ME with the bill which was incurred by the pre ious owner. Any proper title company would have caught this. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON AN ISSUE BEFORE REPLYING.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I messaged Sam about a house on a Friday afternoon. He got me in touch with an awesome finance guy. Sam had a showing scheduled that very night at 6pm for us. We put in our offer that night and Sam was working and sending out documents at 9 and 10pm. Our offer was accepted and we were under contract by Sunday. Sam and his staff have been extremely responsive and professional throughout this entire process. do NOT use this group, unreliable communication and the woman we spoke over the phone with was incredibly rude. I did not catch her name but she made us feel audacious for politely inquiring about houses within our budget. Go through the Schuab team especially if you are a first time buyer.
