about 1 month ago12 days after I booked, they cancelled my reservation via email. No phone call, just a cancellation notice. They told me the rate I booked was too low due to a system glitch and refused to honor the reservation, despite issuing a confirmation number and processing my deposit (which they did refund). EDIT: They reinstated my reservation after posting this review.

5 months agoLocation is close to downtown! The rooms are beautiful. I would highly recommend this place for families or friend groups visiting Traverse City. The outdoor fire pit and hang out space would be amazing in the summer for enjoying a meal or gathering.

5 months agoHamilton Place exceeded all expectations! My friends and I had an absolute blast. Since the rentals are brand new, everything was sparkling clean and modern. You really can’t beat being right in the heart of Traverse City because we were just a quick drive to everything. This is officially my go-to spot for future trips!

5 months agoHad the best stay here! They thought of everything that would be needed during a stay, and loved the perks of TV’s in the bedrooms and also the heated floors in the bathroom! Was very clean and also included some snacks if we got hungry! Would definitely book here again!

5 months agoOur stay at the Hamilton place was amazing! The bedroom heated up very nicely and the bed was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and easy to find/use. Location was perfect, close to downtown and easy to find!
