Our family has stayed here over two dozen times in the last 3 to 4 years. I highly recommend the place it’s only 20 minutes from an amazing ski location and the staff at this hotel go out of their way to be better than amazing. You’ll have a great time and you’ll enjoy the smiles after a long road trip keep up the great warmth and hospitality. By the way your breakfast bar rocks see you in a few weeks as long as it’s snowing.

First night pleasant stay w last minute booking. Great desk staff, clean room, well maintained business. Because we didn't plan to stay a second night our room was changed to the room immediately next to the cafeteria. The very loud noises at 4am that woke us probably was that efficient staff getting to work bright and early. Ow.

We stayed here for 8 days for our daughter's wedding in Frankfort. This hotel is amazing! But, the people that work there are absolutely amazing! We felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Good lord the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. all staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast bar was beyond my expectations. They had something for everyone and the attendant was very friendly and on top of making sure all your needs were meet.

Good location for fall color. Very well maintained, comfortable beds, hot breakfast varies omlets and sausage or maybe corned beef hash and scrambled eggs, plus the usually pancakes and stuff. It’s our new got to place if we’re staying in the area!

What a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful and just over the top, we never needed for anything. We had a 5 am charter and breakfast doesn't start until 6 am, they made sure we had something to start our day. That was so nice to have bagels, cream cheese, jelly, pancakes, juice, toast, muffins, fruit and cereal. When they found out we had to go they just put as much out to get us something, and it was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights, and the room was clean and had everything we needed, towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, just everything was on point! Great Stay and will use this hotel anytime in the area. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

A very clean, quiet hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Small but very adequate breakfast. I think the only thing that could change is…there are no hand bars to get out of the shower. I’m 70, and while I don’t consider myself old that would have been nice. Anyway, excellent stay and highly recommend!!

This property was very well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is tucked on the side of highway but provide an easy access to Crystal Lake and Sleep Bear Sand dunes. The prices were reasonable given how close I booked this hotel to our travel dates. Service was amazing and both front desk as well as breakfast personnel were pleasant and attended to our needs immediately. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the area.

Great hotel to explore the beautiful Northern Michigan & especially the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Front desk attendant got me checked in so fast, it was great for a weary traveler. The only issue I would say was when asking for more towels I was told I had to go to the front desk. When I was dressed & went to get them, there was a long line of guests waiting to check in & I gave up waiting to get them, (only one person behind the desk), had to come back later. I would suggest having the cleaning person tasked with delivering them to those that need them, as the hotel was pretty pricey. Overall , It was clean & comfortable & the bed was of superior quality.
